AWS have acquired a unit on Royds Farm Road in Leeds for Clients Triple F Chips Distribution Ltd.
The unit is a fully fitted food production facility and AWS have acquired the unit on a leasehold basis for their Clients to facilitate their expansion programme. The unit is a self-contained facility of 23,750 sq ft (2210 sqm).
