It will also use the property to assemble scenery, build props, design and produce costumes and to house its own vehicle workshop to service its fleet of vehicles, which are used to support the company on tour.

Evanston Avenue offered the right mix of accommodation and the location, within three miles of the Grand Theatre, was ideal for them"
