The Silver Court Industrial Estate is situated between the suburbs of Stanningley and Bramley, approximately 5 miles to the West of Leeds City Centre.
The Estate comprises a variety of single storey industrial and workshop premises constructed in two phases dating from 1985 and 1990 respectively.
AWS have negotiated the company's relocation into larger premises on the estate in order to secure the long-term viability of the scheme. The new lease is for a term of 4 years from 29th September 2011.
