The Agency Team at AWS have concluded a sale and a letting of two units at Killingbeck Drive in Leeds.
Nick Arundel has successfully sold Unit 6 to York based business operator who has acquired the property as a new headquarters for his Tile importation business.
The building was sold for a figure of £285,960 ex VAT.
AWS have also let Unit 4 at Killingbeck Drive to Voyage Care, who will be using the building as an educational facility.
Nick Arundel of AWS said “we are at last seeing an upturn in demand for out of Town offices with businesses seeking to take advantage of the savings that are available in price terms along with the convenience of the locations and the ability to park”.
