Acting for a local entrepreneur, Nick Arundel has let the 25,000 sq ft unit 2 at Ripley Drive to Story Contracting.
“This facility was an interesting one”, said Nick Arundel of AWS “the building comprised two units set adjacent to a large yard which was perfect for Story’s – the long established engineering Company”.
