Nick Arundel of AWS has let the 19,500 sq ft unit b, Don Pedro Avenue, to specialist manufacturer and engineer of flexible hoses, FTL Limited on a new 10 year lease with a break in the 5th year.
FTL are moving from their original facility in Leeds to Normanton to take advantage of the quality of accommodation and the proximity to the motorway.
“We are completely out of stock at Normanton and look forward to new instructions coming through to continue our successful involvement with the location” says Nick Arundel of AWS.
