AWS are pleased to confirm completion of the sale of 4 newly developed high specification industrial units on the South Kirkby Business Park, near Wakefield.
The 4 units have a total floor area of 63,125 sq ft, all had been let by Nick Arundel of AWS to 3 Tenants with a passing rent of £460,800 reflecting and average rent of £7.30 psf.
Kevin Surplice of AWS commented “there is still strong investor demand for high quality industrial units and I am pleased to have completed the sale of the investment at a price of £7,850,000”.
The units were developed by Marshall CDP who have now completed 12 industrial units on this estate bringing employment to what was previously a former mining area.
