AWS are pleased to confirm the sale of a 13,800 sq ft prime Industrial investment located at Thunderhead Ridge close to Xscape at Junction 32 of the M62.
Having let the property for our client on a new 10 year lease with break at year 5 to a strong local covenant we have now completed a sale of the investment at a price of £1,625,000.
Kevin Surplice of AWS who handled the sale said this shows that there is still strong investor demand for well located, well let industrial investments in our region.
