STORAGE DEAL PERFORMS FOR OPERA NORTH

ARTS Company Opera North has acquired the former Polestar Jowetts factory in Leeds from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership for around £2m. Opera North is to use the 73,374 sq ft property, originally a printing facility, as a storage unit for sets, props and scenery required to stage the various productions.
